The booked service slot was very convenient. Saved me returning the next day or needing a courtesy car. I would have given a score of 10, but my appointment was delayed by 20 minutes. I expected to be seen on time as it was a booked appointment.

Airbag recall by BMW. Staff quickly examined my car after arrival and determined that no remedial work was required. I just had time for a quick coffee before driving home again.

I asked politely about the air pressure sign on my dashboard but the person dealing with me kept on tryna sell me a diagnostics and £80 module. All I asked was if tyre pressure could be checked and reset on the dashboard. I believe its simple enough.
