It was done diagnostic on my car and cost was £150 they found what was fault on the car. Car giant is covering my car. So it was realy helpful feom BMW and they didn't even charge me £150 for diagnostic.I get car back washed inside and out. Excellent

The service was good but to recomend that I spend over £200 to replace a 60 pence light bulb was excessive. Poor communication. I was advised it would be ready to collect at about 10am. I then got a call advising me it would not be ready until 3.30pm
