Test drive, costing and arranging purchase generally good. But delivery scheduled 2 mths, delayed by 2.5mths & finally 1.5 mths late. At collection demo of PHEV not good even with tech assistance. After 3 wks still unclear how to get best efficiency

Overall service was good. However, was disappointed with the approach that I had to pay £80 topup to an existing three year payment plan. Whilst I understand this may fall low, it will recover over the next few months !!!

We found when i coll cted the car from a service that the MOT had expired. Oops. But all good b cause Berry kept my car and dod it first thing the next morning. They will contact us going forward when the MOT is due

The only suggestion is to offer a shuttle service to Kingston station. The bus service is extremely unreliable and long wait for taxi too in the Thames Ditton area

I came to collect my order on a Saturday about 1240 to be told Parts department closed at 1200. There was no indication of this on your website. It's very hard to park / navigate your car park as it's so full and cars need to double / treble park

Car was beautifully cleaned. Slight glitch on suggesr bonnet struts were needed (replaced last year) but resolved. Mixed messaging on re-call where i was led to believe the re-circ unit would be replaced - hope ok when driving to France in May!

The car was supposed to be cleaned and wasn't and the inside of the car was filthy as well. The car was there overnight so there's no excuse. The new front camera is above the windscreen wiper so when it rains the image is rubbish as a result.

I ordered a tyre on Monday and it was changed on Friday! It took much longer than I expected. And now there's the warning that the tyre pressure has to be checked! Wasn't the tyre pressure supposed to be checked after the tyre was changed?

I was told 2hrs 30mins for service + MOT. I rang after 3 hours and was told the car would be ready 'within an hour'. I went back to the showroom an hour later. I was then kept waiting because they couldn't find the car!

They were very good getting a replacement tyre in and fitting it. Everything worked just right from the moment I knew I had a puncture to the fitting of a new tyre the next morning, so I could go away.

I was encouraged to pay to have a dashboard alert for the SOS system investigated. The SOS system is a preferential product therefore I asked for the alert to be removed due to being a distraction on the dashboard. Berry could not help with this ask.
