I was very pleased with the way in which my sales executive handled the transaction. He had dreadful problems loading the My BMW App and this may have been because I also own a Mini and there may have been a conflict. He went the extra mile to help.

There werer a few things in the handover that were not quite up to standard. Some marks on the car, charging not being complete. The handover was a little quick and not as thorough as it should have been in my opnion. Needs some improvement.

No space to give full experience. It started with Mini. My new mini broke down at 3 weeks. They refunded in full as I preferred the temporary BMW given. First BMW was the incorrect spec and was changed again. Final was lower spec than I paid for.

I felt the staff member provided me with false information to try and justify their position. For example your guy said I shouldn't fill my washer fluid up with premixed as it can block the pipes! So unipart sell a product not for purpose then?

Couldn't pronounce my name properly even after I corrected them. They didn't give me the right time. The times in the text and email were different. No one offering me a hot drink or anything.

I brought my car for service and it was done but the service light came up after 3 months. I brought it back and they promised to reset the light but it didn't work. I had to book for the service to be done by another company.

Your parts shop gave me incorrect advice and have no interest in apologising, admitting the mistake or rectifying the situation. I now have an expensive dash cam I don't need or want and over £600 spent.

Extremely qualified, friendly and helpful customer service. From the moment I handed over my key, I was told what would be next and when to collect my car. Complimentary replacement of old wiper blades were a big surprise.

In the past I have criticised BMW after market service. However, Thames Ditton are great. From drop off to collection the user experience is first class. (Btw, I am very hard to please)

Rang up 4 times to find out if my car was ready. First time got a reply but the man dealing with my car was with another client, but was assured that I would get a phone call back. After 2 hours no call tried 3 times more no answer.

BMW can't be bothered to take 5 minutes to wipe cement residue off car and window. Took me 5 minutes to do with white vinegar. Instead they tried to charge hundreds of pounds giving false impression that specialized equipment required to clean car.

Good experience on the day of service but afterwards it was impossible to get hold of my service manager. Also I needed to replace 2 tyres to pass the MOT but after 4 attempts to contact the parts department for a quote, I gave up and went to KwikFit
