There werer a few things in the handover that were not quite up to standard. Some marks on the car, charging not being complete. The handover was a little quick and not as thorough as it should have been in my opnion. Needs some improvement.

No space to give full experience. It started with Mini. My new mini broke down at 3 weeks. They refunded in full as I preferred the temporary BMW given. First BMW was the incorrect spec and was changed again. Final was lower spec than I paid for.

Extremely qualified, friendly and helpful customer service. From the moment I handed over my key, I was told what would be next and when to collect my car. Complimentary replacement of old wiper blades were a big surprise.
